Refund Policy

This is plain-English placeholder wording covering how this website currently works. It is not legal advice and should be replaced with professionally drafted terms before relying on it.
Digital products
Every product in the shop is a digital download, delivered immediately after payment. If a product isn't what you expected, email me within 14 days of purchase and I'll refund it — no interrogation.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 working days.
PRO membership
You can cancel a Make Money Writing PRO membership at any time from your account. Access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be billed again.
If you're billed for a renewal you didn't intend, email me and I'll refund it.
Writing services
Freelance writing work is quoted and agreed in advance. Terms, deposits and revisions are set out in the individual project agreement rather than by this policy.
