The book you've been meaning to write for six years.
Book writing and publishing support for founders, consultants and experts who want an authority asset rather than a bestseller fantasy.

What you're actually buying.
A book does something no amount of content marketing can. It ends the credibility argument before it starts, it gets you on stages, and it turns a methodology into something a client can hold.
It is also, done alone, three hundred hours of work with an alarming failure rate. Most expert books die somewhere in chapter four.
I handle the structure, the interviews, the research and the drafting. You supply the thinking and the judgement, and review each chapter as it lands.

Books are quoted after a conversation about length, research depth, interview time and how involved you want to be.
Outline first, always
Structure is where books are won and lost. We keep working the outline until the argument holds from first chapter to last, because fixing it at manuscript stage is expensive and demoralising.
Once it's right, drafting becomes a rhythm: interview, write, review. Most books take four to nine months.
Traditional, hybrid or self-published
For most experts, the goal isn't a publishing deal — it's a credible book in hand within the year. Self-publishing and hybrid routes usually serve that better.
I'll tell you honestly which route fits and coordinate editing, design and launch if you'd like the whole thing handled.
